Warwick joins the enthusiastic powder-loving team, boasting a lifetime of skiing experiences across various mountain ranges worldwide.

Hailing from the Lake District, UK, Warwick’s journey began as a rock climber, later transitioning to mountaineering, and ultimately embracing ski touring after a brief stint as a professional footballer.

Sponsored by the renowned Berghaus clothing brand, Warwick explored extreme terrains in Kamchatka, Alaska, and Greenland. Subsequently, he pursued training as a cameraman, specialising in ski filming and mountain safety with 2XSfilms, before establishing his independent venture at www.warwickpickering.com upon settling in France.

His endeavours led to further skiing and filming exploits, refining his skills and mountain awareness in Sainte Foy Tarentaise. Warwick attained the French Brevet National Pisteur Secouriste Premiere Degreé certification and served as ski patrol in Les Arcs and Sainte Foy Tarentaise.

As a certified mountain professional and trained first aider, armed with extensive expertise in avalanche protocol and snow science, Warwick brings invaluable reassurance to group dynamics, collaborating seamlessly with local guides.

Ludger started his journey as a ski instructor in Pitztal, Tyrol, way back in 1991. After years of shredding on a snowboard, he made a glorious return to skiing in 2004, lured back by the magic of carving skis and rockered powder sticks.
